Module 1 covers basics of Press Tools operations and calculations of Cutting force and Cutting clearance.
Module 2 covers basic Plastic materials, fillers and additives and application of various plastics. It also has an introduction to Basic Mold construction and Molding Defects.
Module 3 covers basic Die casting defects.
Module 4 covers some basic Press tool and Mold calculations.
Module 5 has a template for Press Tool and Mold costing template excel sheet, where the user can quickly calculate the tool cost by filling in some basic information in to an excel sheet.
